MEALS AND SNACKS
At L'Envol, we take it very seriously that a child's diet is healthy and balanced, in order to promote good growth as well as good psychosocial and emotional development.
This is why the weekly meal menus are designed to contain raw and cooked vegetables, fruits, meat, eggs or fish, cheese and legumes.
During the day, two snacks (fresh fruits, cereal bars, cookies, cakes) are also distributed to daycare and pre-kindergarten childrens in the morning and afternoon.
